I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our Builders Exchange.
We are the newly remodeled and friendliest exchange around the Bismarck-Mandan area; we work hard to customize our service to meet our members needs. We do not get plans from all over the United States; we do receive plans from North Dakota, Minnesota (western), Montana (eastern) South Dakota,and Wyoming, including government, commercial and local construction projects. We provide projects from areas serviced by our members that relate to their trade.
Our goal is to operate the exchange to accommodate our members needs. We provide for your use estimating tables, two copiers: one for spec copies and one for blueprint copies, bulletins from North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Montana and the Construction Bulletin. We also have a plan room for your convenience to do your work on sight. Or you may check out plans after 4:00 pm on weekdays and weekends and returned the following business day. Our Bulletins provide the project names, architects, addendums, bid tabulations when available, bidders list and plan holders list when they become available, bid date changes, canceled projects and projects to be expected. If there is a project that we have missed that you are interested in please let us know and we will get it for you.

If you would like to come and check us out please feel free to. Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. We are open during lunch hour for those who can’t get away till noon. If you are interested in becoming a member at our exchange, please call us at (701)667-4322.
