ABOUT

The Bismarck-Mandan Builders Exchange is located in Mandan North Dakota at 805 Adobe Trail SE. We provide for our members a friendly, spacious, air conditioned, handicap accessible exchange.

Our members consist of mechanical, electrical, dirt and concrete work, flooring, wall covering, window treatment, door, fencing, siding, roofing, iron, landscaping, heavy equipment, ceiling, caulking, plumbing as well as general contractors from Bismarck-Mandan and the surrounding areas.

Our projects consist of large and small commercial and government jobs from North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota (Western), Montana (Eastern) and Wyoming. If there is a project members request, the exchange will get it for them. Our services include estimating tables, copiers, plan checkout privileges.

This exchange has been around for roughly 44 years. It was established in Bismarck in 1954. During those years it has operated from several Bismarck and Mandan locations, and we have been at our current address for over 12 years.
